Where is my item?
Please allow up to 2 weeks after dispatch email to enquire about your order. We provide an option for tracking (UK) and use the service track 48, Royal Mail aims to deliver these parcels within 48 hours of dispatch. For 1st class items please expect a little more time for the items to come.
If you are worried the wrong address was submitted please contact me with an updated address immediately after purchase.
Are you able to inform me of a restock?
Yes! Find the item you would like and enter your email into the 'notify me when available' box.

How do I care for my dinos?
Stickers - Our stickers are designed to be waterproof but please be careful when submerging them.
Keyrings - Your dino is happy to be scratched or bashed by keys, after all, they love looking after them. Try not to submerge your dinos in water, but if you do just dry them off with a tissue.
Clothing - Clothing labels should show all the details, but what do they mean?! Machine washable, tumble dry on low heat, do not dry clean, do not bleach.
Do you deliver to my county?
Yes! We ship all around the globe if you can't find your country just email us. *We are not responsible for any additional customs or import charges
Can I pay with Paypal?
If you would like to use Paypal to check out, we will have to make a manual order through email for you. All we need is the items you would like to purchase (must be in stock) and the address you would like us to send your dinos to.
This order is a gift, what are my options?
If your order is going straight to the recipient, feel free to write a gift note in the note on checkout. Or click the button below and take advantage of our free gift note options and envelopes.
If you're ordering more than one present per order, let me know and I can package them separately to make gift wrapping easier!
We never print receipts of invoices to save on paper so the prices will never be in the package.
If you live in the same house as the recipient and don't want them to know what you've ordered, please let me know in the order notes and I will make your packaging as discrete as possible.
I am in a rush or have a deadline for my order, can you help?
If you would like your order rushed, please email me with your order number and the date you would like your order for. Please note I am a one person business and can't always agree to rush orders but I will try my best.
I require a 3XL/4XL/5XL, what are my options?
If you need a size that is not listed on the website please email below with the size and design you would like. I can do these sizes on request but they are not always available.

How do I make a return?
Items should be unworn and in perfect condition
Items must be returned within 14 days from the day it was delivered. (If ordered between Nov 1st - Jan 1st Returns are extended to January 14th)
Postage must be paid for by the customer, we recommend having the postage tracked to avoid any losses

Make sure to include a note with your name, order number and reason for return. You do not need to return the original packaging. If you do not have any packaging for your return, a bin bag and some tape are good alternatives.
We are currently unavailable to offer exchanges, If you would like a different size/colour then you will need to repurchase the item in the correct size or colour. Then follow the returns process.
UK Shipping - Please note these are shipping estimates and not dispatch times.
Our Items are sent by Royal Mail. They aim to deliver within 1-2 days of dispatch but this isn't always the case. Please allow 1-2 weeks depending on your area for your items to arrive.
Tracked items are sent using the tracked 48 services by Royal Mail. This means the items are aimed to be delivered within 48 hours of dispatch. You should receive a tracking email direct to the email given with the order after the order has been dispatched. If you do not receive this, email us.
Orders made outside of the UK are sent using EVRI international shipping. This shipping can take up to 3 weeks to deliver items (depending on the postal system in your country). Most orders arrive within 14 days. Some orders may take longer if there are delays in the network, see below for updates. If you think there is an issue with your parcel, please email me.

I aim to get non-embroidered items out in around 2-3 days after the order is made. During busy periods, this may take a little longer. If you need your order out ASAP give us an email to let us know as I usually work in a 'first in first out' approach.
We aim to make clothing items in around 4-8 days. All clothing items are made to order, therefore they do take a little longer than fast fashion sites, trust me it's worth the little wait.
Larger orders may take longer to dispatch than the above estimates*
I offer cancellations up to 24 hours after placing the order.
I operate on a 'no questions asked' basis so if you need a cancellation, don't worry it happens, the dinos forgive you.
If your item has not been dispatched and it has been over 24 hours, please contact the email below for your options.
After 24 hours I cannot guarantee I will be able to accept the cancellation.
