  • Refunds

    Returns must be done within 14 days after the delivery date. Please provide proof of purchase, this can be your order confirmation or the invoice received with order. 

    To be eligible for a return, items MUST be unworn and in prefect condition. 

    To receive a successful refund, items must be unworn and in perfect condition. 

    As we are a small business, we cannot offer free returns and therefore you are responsible for covering the cost of the return. We are not responsible  for any lost of damaged items. To avoid this please track the item and keep your tracking number until you receive your return confirmation.

  • Exchanges

    We do not accept exhanges, please follow the returns policy and repurchase the item.

  • Cancellations

    You have up to 24 hours to cancel your order. This may not be possible of the item is already dispatched. 

  • International Shipping

    Please note that orders sent out of the UK may require an import charge. The Quirky Dino are not responsible for paying this, if you are unsure about what your country charges feel free to email us or check out your country's customs regulations.
